Student resident fees
(stay to attend university from 1 September 1 to 30 June – minimum stay of two consecutive months)
- Two- to ten-month stay: €500/month
- Extra night: €40
- Security deposit to be paid when you are given the keys: €500
Visiting scholar resident fees
(year-round)
- €550/month
- Extra night: €40
- Security deposit to be paid when you are given the keys: €550
Please note:
- A month-long stay ends at 10 a.m. on the last day of the month (30th/31st).
- A two-week-long stay ends at 10 a.m. on the 15th or the 30th/31st of the month.
- Housing benefit: Allocation de Logement Social (CAF)
- Whatever your age or country of origin, you can apply to the CAF (Caisse d’allocations familiales or French Family Allowance Fund) for a housing benefit. A branch is located at the Maison Internationale on the International University Campus, in the International social center (RSI). Your application will be reviewed based on criteria established by the CAF.
- Outside the academic year: Student residents who would like to prolong their stay during the months of July and August benefit from an intermediate rate at 550€
